5 Bean Casserole-Sweet and Sour

Ingredients
8 bacon slices, crumbled4 lg onions--cut into rings1 C packed brown sugar2 tsp brown mustard2 tsp garlic powder1 Cup apple cidar2 Cans Lima beans1Can Black beans1Can Northern Beans! Can red kidney beans1 Can dark kidney beans
Directions
Recipe makes 12-1C servings:

Rinse and drain beans. Set aside. In large frying pan simmer onions in cider, brown sugar mustard and garlic for 20 minutes. Add bacon. Combine this mixture with beans and put in a three quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
