Sesame String Beans

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 1 lbExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbspRice Wine Vinager, .25 cupSesame Seeds, 1.5 tbsSalt, 3 dashes
Directions
1. remove stems from green beans & cut into bite sized pieces
2. steam for approximatly 15 minutes, or until just tender
3. heat EVOO in saute pan, add green beans and saute for a few minutes.
4. Add vinager and salt, saute for a few minutes. Add more vinager and salt to taste as needed

**Note - next time I make this, I think instead of steaming the green beans before, I think I'd just saute them until tender.**
