Crispy Baked Chicken

6 small chicken thighs or drumbsticks (1-1/4 pounds)1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1 Tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp. minced ginger root1/2 cup fine dried breadcrumbs1 tsp. garlic salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. curry powder1/4 tsp. paprika
1. Remove and discard skin and fat from chicken pieces
2. In shallow dish, combine yogurt, mustard, and ginger root; set aside. In second dish, stir together breadcrumbs and seasonings.
3. Dip chicken first into yogurt, then into breadcrumbs. Place on baking pan sprayed with nonstick coating.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
