Creamy Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
1 avocado1 large cucumber chopped1 cup spinach1 tsp saltjuice of whole lemon1 clove garlic, minced4-6 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Directions
Place avocado, cucumber, lemon juice,salt and 1/2 of the spinach into blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Finely chop remaining spinach and mix into soup. Add dill and garlic, blend very briefly (2-3 seconds) to mix. Pour into bowls and serve.
