Pear Tarte Tatin

1 d'anjou pear1 tbsp butter2 tbsp sugar.5 oz brandy2 pillsbury biscuits1 tbsp mascarpone cheese1 tbsp honeyegg for egg wash
1 heat a small saute' pan
2 add butter and melt
3 add pear and saute'
4 add sugar and incorporate
5 deglaze with brandy, flame and reduce to a simmer
6 cook until it reaches loose sauce consistency
7 pour into a small oven safe dish (a small rectangular dish works well)
8 form the two pieces of biscuit dough into one piece, and top pear mixture with it.
9 brush the top with egg wash
10 bake at 400 degrees until crisp
11 top with mascarpone cheese and drizzle with honey
