Crockpot Chicken & Black Bean

Ingredients
2 cans of black beans1 package frozen chicken breast (no-skin)1 can rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies*add additional hot sauce to taste*
Directions
Toss all ingrediants into a crock pot. Cook either on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours (**Note, I throw the chicken in frozen**). During the last 1/2 hour, shred chicken.
