Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken chopped1/2 cup chopped Celery2 tbsp chopped green onion4 oz of pineapple chunks1 cup grapes1/4 cup raisens1 apple chopped1/4 cup slivered almonds1 cup fat free mayo1 tbsp dijon mustard1/2 tsp curry2 tbsp of pineapple juice
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve. Serve on bed of baby spinach or lettuce.
