Ingredients
8, 7" Low Carb Tortillas4 slices Sargento Pepper Jack 4-Pepper Fiesta Blend Cheese2 cups shredded skinless breast meat from a rotisserie chkn2/3 cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained1 cup Frontera corn & poblano salsa1/2 cup 2% Greek YogurtShredded LettuceFresh cilantro
Directions
Heat Tortillas (wrap in foil) in oven. Combine chicken, beans & salsa in saucepan. Prepare each tortilla with 1/2 slice cheese - and top with warmed chicken mixture. Garnish with Yogurt, lettuce and cilantro.
