Seedless, Smooth Cranberry Sauce (1 Tbsp)

Ingredients
1 bag (340 grams) frozen cranberries2/3 cup granulated sugar1 cup water
Directions
1. Combine the above ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil for approximately 15 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 more minutes.

3. Puree in blender or food processor until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove the seeds and skins.

4. Refrigerate.
