Canned Pumpkin3/4 C Splenda Granulated2 eggs1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ground Ginger1/4 tsp Ground Cloves1 can Evaporated Milk Nonfat
Preheat oven to 425.
Mix all together. Pour into lined muffin tin.
Bake 15 mins.
Reduce oven to 350.
Bake additional 20 mins or until clean knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Cool.
OK to freeze
