Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast3 Tbsp Parmesan grated 1 Tbsp egg subsitutes1 1/2 cups of corn flakes1/4 tsp salt and pepper1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven at 375

Prepare crust: Combine corn flakes parmesean cheese salt and pepper.

In another bowl add egg subsitutes

Dip chicken in egg subsitutes and then roll in crust

Place in a well greesed pan with olive oil. Cook for about 45 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
