Healthy Burgers

Ingredients
1 c hummus1/2 c rice1/4 c peas1.5 tbsp oil
Directions
Mix hummus, rice and peas. Form 4 patties using about 1/2 cup pf mix for each. Pan fry in oil heated in skillet. Makes 4 patties. We eat them in sandwich thins, but you could use pitas or other bread.
