Potato Salad Dressing Vegan Style

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup water 2/3 cup cashews 1/4 cup honey 3/8 cup lemon juice 3/4 tsp dill weed1 1/2 Tbs Salt2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder2-3 potato flour
Directions
Just place all in blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate till potato salad is ready.
