20 Minute Chicken

Ingredients
3 Chicken Breats cut in half (to make them thinner)2 (8 oz) packages of sliced mushroomsone medium onion choppedone clove of garlic chopped (optional)4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
pre heat oven to 400 degrees
spray baking dishes with olive oil cooking spray set aside
in a large skillet heat 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
rinse and pat dry chicken
place in heated skillet browning both sides (season with salt and pepper if you wish)
once cooked through place chicken in baking dish and set aside once again
in same skillet add remaining olive oil, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
heat those untill nice and tender then pour over the chicken and sprinkle cheese on top
place in oven for 5 minutes so cheese melts
