15 Minute Pasta w/Tomatoes, Basil and "Cream" Sauce

1 box Barilla Plus pasta of your choice2 cans diced tomatoes, strained1 bunch of basil1 cup grated parmesan cheese3/4 cup milkFresh ground black pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to instructions.
While the pasta cooks, combine the strained tomatoes and basil in a food processor and blend. Heat the oil in a saute pan and add the tomato/basil mixture. Once mixture is heated add the milk and black pepper. Allow to combine, about 2 minutes. Add the parmesan and allow to melt. Once melted, stir into strained pasta. Top with a sprinkling of fresh parmesan and basil leaves. Enjoy!
