8C. Shredded Red Cabbage1 med Shallot minced1C. Cider Vinegar2/3C Water2T. No cal Sweetner1T. Yellow Mustard2t. Celery seed1/4C. Olive oil
Makes 12 - 3/4C servings Serve hot or cold
in Sauce pan add shallots, Vinegar, water, sweetner, mustard, and celery seed .bring to a boil. simmer for 3 minuteas mixing well.
In large bowl add hot mixture, shreeded cabbage, and olive oil
Marinade at least 3 hours
Heat as needed
