Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (LaTortilla Low Carb is only 50 cal/7g fiber)2 TBS Pizza Hummus (Tribe or your fav flavor)1/2 cup Spinach (wilted or steamed in microwave)1 TSP Mrs Dash Italian Seasoning1/8 TSP Sea Salt (to taste, optional)1/8 TSP Black Pepper (to taste, optional)2 oz Feta Cheese crumbles(See list of Optional Add-in Suggestions)
Directions
Makes 1 Serving per tortilla.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a pan with cooking spray, heat the spinach just until the spinach is wilted. Season the spinach to taste.

Use a spoon to spread the pizza hummus over the tortilla.

Add the spinach. Sprinkle on the spices and cheese.

Bake just until tortilla edges are browned about 5-10 minutes.

Peppers (Red, Green, Yellow)
Grilled Squash (green, yellow)
Onions
Garlic
Bacon Bits (only 25 cal per TBS)
Turkey Pepperoni (slice 5 into slivers and enjoy a taste in every bite)
Shrimp

Mozzarella
Blue Cheese
