Ham and Black Beans

Ingredients
1 c dried black beans3 c water1 can (15.3 oz) reduced sodium diced tomatoes1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp paprikadash white pepper1/2 tbsp dried cilantro1/8 tsp ground oreganodash chili pepper1 c diced ham
Directions
Rinse beans and let soak overnight. Place beans in a crockpot, add water, spices, and ham. Cook on low heat for up to 6 hours (or as needed) stirring occasionally. It may be slightly soupy. Serve in bowls over brown rice.
