Crunchy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
8 cups fresh broccoli florets1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced1/2 cup dried cranberries3 tablespoons canola oil3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar2 tablespoons Splenda1/4 cup sunflower kernels3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, onions, and cranberries. In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar and Splenda. Drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat.
Chill until serving. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels and bacon.
