MargarineOnionCurry powderwhole wheat flourChicken brothMilkLemon juiceHot pepper flakes
Directions
- heat pan with margarine for 2 mins, add onion - cook for 5 mins
- add curry powder and cook 2 mins
- add flour, cook till all ingrediants mixed well
- add broth. add milk
- mix and let simmer 5 mins
- add chicken
- add lemon juice and hot pepper flakes
let simmer 5 mins, serve over rice
