Jaggery Vinegar Sauce (Updated)

Ingredients
1 cup Rice Vinegar4.5 tsp Salt4.5 tbsp Jaggery
Directions
Put all ingredients in a microwave safe dish. Mix together with a fork. Put in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, and stir again. Repeat until all the jaggery and salt are dissolved. Let cool. Makes a touch over a cup.
