Ingredients
* Mushrooms, cooked, 0.25 cup pieces * Honey Mustard, 3 tsp* Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz* Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast
Directions
Cook bacon on stove. Begin early, as bacon on medium heats takes more time than the chicken will take.

Preheat oven to 300º. Butterfly and tenderize chicken. Place chicken on hot grill or in pan and cook through. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms on the stove until cooked to desired texture.

When everything is finished cooking, plan chicken on cookie sheet and top with mustard, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.

Makes 1 or 2 servings depending on desired calorie range. Calories calculated as 1 serving.

    Very good and pretty easy! I used turkey bacon and only put one slice on each piece of chicken. We had colby/jack cheese. Chicken came out a little dry but that was probably me over-cooking. Family liked it and will make it again! - 5/10/10

    I really enjoyed this recipe! 5/5 for ease. 5/5 for time. 5/5 for simple ingriedients. If I could make any changes, it would be high quality bacon, I used turkey and didn't enjoy it. I would also use high quality honey mustard. - 6/24/10
