Ramen Coleslaw

Ingredients
2 tbsp - Canola Oil3 tbsp - White Wine Vinegar1 (3 oz) pkg - chicken flavored Ramen Noodles1/2 tsp - Salt1/2 tsp - Black Pepper2 tbsp - Sesame Seeds1/4 cup - Sliced Almonds1 (16 oz) pkg - Broccoli Slaw1/4 cup - Green Onions
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, surgar, Ramen Noodle spice mix, salt and pepper to create a dressing.

3. Place sesame seeds and almonds in a single layer on a medium baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.

4. In a large salad bowl, combine the slaw, green onions and crushed Ramen Noodles. Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

    This is one of my all time favorite slaw recipes! I use apple cider vinegar and toss in sliced apple as well! So GOOD! - 5/25/10
