Ingredients
2x chicken breasts1 tsp tomato puree1 tsp garlic purre2 x tins chopped tomatoes1 medium pepper1 head of brocolli1 tsp mixed herbs1 medium onion3 cups basmati rice
Directions
makes 4 servings

cut the chicken, pepper, brocolli and onion into chunks and place them into a saucepan with the tinned tomatoes and heat for 10 mins

add the tomato puree, garlic puree and herbs and simmer for 10 minutes.

Boil the rice in water.
