Colorful Coleslaw-Creamy yet low fat

Ingredients
1/3 c canola mayonnaise1/3 c fat free plain Greek Yogurt (I used Fage)2 T apple cider vinegar2 t sugar4 c packed, shredded green cabbage3.5 c packed, shredded red cabbage1/2 c shredded carrots1/2 c chopped fresh flat leaf parsley1/4 c red onion slivers1/4 c chopped whole green onions1/4 t saltpepper to taste
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl, add in remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
Store in sealed container and chill for 3 hours to 2 days.
Makes 10, 1/2-cup servings.
