1/2 cup low fat yogart1 cup ff milk2 teaspoons peanut butter (natural)1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries6 ice cubs
Directions
2 teaspoons whey powder may be added, but will change calorie and nutrional numbers.

Put all in blender and blend on high.
