Low Carb Dijon Dressing

Ingredients
Ingredients*Extra Light Olive Oil, 16 tbsp (add more or less depending on how oily you like your salad)balsamic vinegar, 5 tablespoon Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped - about one shallot*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 5 tsp
Directions
1. Finely chop shallots and put them in the bottom of the carafe.
2. Measure out Dijon and put on top of shallots.
3. Add in olive oil and vinegar.
4. SHAKE!
