Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb ground white turkey1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup finely chopped yellow or orange bell pepper8 slices of 2% chedder cheese 2 tsp fine chopped thymesalt and pepper
Combine in large bowl
turkey, onions, peppers, thyme and 2 slices cheese chopped. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Make into six patties, salt and pepper to taste
Cook on grill or grill pan til fully cooked about 5-7 minutes on each side, add and melt cheese.
Put a thin layer of mustard on bottom of bun and thin layer mayo on top. Assemble burger with tomatoe slice(optional).
