Egg, fresh, 8 large16 oz Cottage Cheese2 cup shredded colby jack cheese3 oz Cream Cheese1/2 cup Flour, white1 stick Butter, unsalted1 cup Milk1 tsp baking powder16oz JC Potter Sausage, cooked and crumbed
Melt Butter. Add flour to smooth. Beat all other ingredients. Add butter/flour mixture. Put in muffin tins or 9x12 casserole. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
