Jen's Chow Mein Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Bag Flav R Pac Chow Mein Stir Fry Vegetables1.5 Boness, Skinless, Chicken Breasts (chopped into chunks)1 Tbsp. Chunky Peanut Butter1/2 C Soy Sauce2 Tsp. Minced Garlic1 Tsp. Ground GingerRed Pepper Flakes, optional
Directions
Spray large frying pan or wok with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Add Soy Sauce, Peanut Butter, Garilc and Ginger. Add Veggie Mix and cook until veggies are cooked through

Add Pepper Flakes with the Soy Sauce, if using.
