Berta's Apple Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oat bran1/3 cup powdered milk1/2 cup protein powder2 T Splenda1/4 + 1/8 t baking powder3/4 t soda1/2 T apple pie spice1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup Torani sugar free syrup or any calorie free liquid that goes with apple3 egg whites1/2 T vanilla extract1 cup shredded apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12 muffin pan with Pam spray.

Put the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Put wet ingredients into a medium bowl, whisk together and pour into the dry ingredients. Whisk together quickly. Fill 12 muffin cups with batter. Bake @ 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool and put into a ziploc bag. Store in the refrigerator.
