    This is VERY good! I use it several times a week as my "base coffee" that I usually make 2-4 cups of before going to bed. In the morning I add whatever I feel like to it..sf/ff creamer/soy or almond milk,etc and pour that over ice - 7/23/13

    it would've upped the calories and sugar, but you need milk or something with fat in it, otherwise the mixture is too watery - 12/30/10
