Ingredients
1 1/3 dry potato flakes or mashed potatos4 hard taco shells1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon butter1/3 cup sour cream1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/3 french fried onions taco sauce if desired
Directions
Prepare the dry potato flakes according to package directions.
Warm the taco shells according to package directions
In a bowl, mix the prepared mashed potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and French fried onions.
Fill the taco shells with the mashed potato mixature and serve with taco sauce if desired.
