A small New York stripa can of black beans, rinseddiced avocadodiced large tomatojuice of two limesred leaf lettuce or salad mix
Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet on the stove to medium high. On plates distribute the lettuce, beans, and diced vegetables. Squirt the lime juice over the salad.
Cook the steak four minutes a side. Season to taste, and slice thinly on the diagonal. Feather the pieces on top of the salad.
