Introduction

A great dip to share with friends while watching your favorite games or for movie night! A great dip to share with friends while watching your favorite games or for movie night!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup low fat cream cheese
    1 cup plain fat free yogurt
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/4 cup 2% shredded Mexican style taco cheese
    1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
    1/4 cup sliced black olives
    3/4 cup salsa
    Optional:
    1/2 cup diced green chiles
    1/3 cup chopped red onion
    1/3 cup chopped cucumber

Directions

Combine cream cheese, yogurt and taco seasoning in medium bowl.
Spread over bottom of 10 inch plate.
Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, olives, salsa, onion, chiles, cucumber.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Serve with low fat tortilla chips or crudites.

    This was a great recipe! I read the comments from the others, and used a low sodium taco seasoning substitute I found on spark recipes, and it was fantastic!!! - 1/1/11

    Looks great, I think I will add the black bleans and use less taco seasoning (I do find that that can be very salty). I love reading others comments, that way I can incorporate. Thanks - 6/20/09
