I saved this to try. I will use low sodium taco seasoning and some black beans to add protein. It sounds very tasty.
This was a great recipe! I read the comments from the others, and used a low sodium taco seasoning substitute I found on spark recipes, and it was fantastic!!!
Looks great, I think I will add the black bleans and use less taco seasoning (I do find that that can be very salty). I love reading others comments, that way I can incorporate. Thanks
