Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I am using light sour cream instead of the mayo and the 1/3 less fat cream cheese. I also am sing reduced fat crescent rolls... just to bring some of the fat down. I am only putting tomatos, carrots and broccoli on it. And I may also add ranch powder.
I make this often for my family. My husband loves it. I use brocoli cauliflower radishes and cucumbers. One ranch packet and fat free cream cheese.
This recipe is great. I made it with Broccoli, Cauliflower, and carrots all chopped fairly fine. My famility loved it. I also added garlic power to the dressing and used 1 cup low fat miracle whip instead of mayo.
CathFC, click on ingredients details for which option they counted, regular or fat free mayo. I found they used reg.
Love the Laughing Cow suggestion! Next time, I'll use that and the Ranch powder. Shredded zucchini and baby peppers...mmmmmmmm! Also, I used reduced fat crescent roll dough to lower the calorie content.
I love this recipe. I use fat-free mayo and also some fat-free sour cream. For seasoning I use a packet of dry fat-free ranch dressing instead of the dill seasoning. I also always add chopped up yellow squash and zucchini and red and green peppers and carrots. Actually any veggie is good!
Great! Is the Nutritional info for Regular or fat free Mayo?
