This is a nice spinach salad with oranges and almonds and the sweet-sesame dressing can be used as a great dip for raw veggies, spring rolls, and dumplings. The calories will be less if you use low-sodium soy sauce but they didn't have that listed.
improvised some things with all i read from other recipies... we enjoyed this very much and will for sure use it again with a few other ingreedients next time! Mushrooms would have been delicious!! so many options!
Submitted by ERICA_2337If you like thin crust pizza this is a good thing to try. I prefer it to the store bought crusts which are full of carbs, sodium, etc. This is also very versitile. You can use any cheese, toppings or sauce you prefer. This recipe makes a basic sauce from scratch but store bought is fine also

I love black beans, and I threw this together in a minute in my food chopper. It's just one can of black beans with a few spices added in, then ground up. I put it on Triscuit crackers and it's wonderful!
This can also be used to make "black bean pizza" when put on whole wheat bagels or bread or rolls, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until cheese melts.
