Healthy and Easy Breakfast Burrito
Mix egg, onion, and finely chopped spinach in mixing bowl. Once combined, scramble on a hot skillet. When the eggs are almost fully cooked, add tomato and cheese on top. Let sit until cheese is melted on top. (I like to LIGHTLY butter the wrap before I add filling). Put scrambled eggs into wrap, and slice in half! Serving size is one burrito, but I like to share the other half with my roommate! Bon Appetit!
