Introduction

This is easy and quick to make and can be modified based on the choice of cheese. Using fat free or reduced fat cheese makes this lower in fat and calories with the same taste. Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
    1 Kroger Wheat Tortilla
    0.25 cups of Kroger Hot Pepper Blend Cheese
    1 tbsp Kroger Tomatillo Salsa Verde
    dash of garlic powder

Directions

Add 1 egg and 1 egg white and garlic powder then scramble together. Pour into a pan sprayed with Pam/Canola Oil. Add in cheese next and mix together. Once cooked put on tortilla and add the tomatillo salsa on top. Fold and enjoy!

Makes 1 breakfast burrito.
