Introduction

All you need is a tortilla, some eggs, and a slice of american cheese to make this delight. All you need is a tortilla, some eggs, and a slice of american cheese to make this delight.

Ingredients

    1 whole egg [or 2 egg whites] (whichever you like)
    1 slice of American Cheese
    1 medium flour tortilla
    1 tsp of olive oil

Directions

Heat skillet on medium
Pour olive oil in skillet
Crack and fry egg to your liking
Place cooked egg on flour tortilla
Using your fingers, break cheese up and place on top of eggs
Fold burrito to your liking.
