    egg whites
    low carb whole wheat tortilla
    ham
    salsa
    light cheese

Directions

heat egg whites in mircrowave for 1 minute add ham and heat another 30 seconds. Heat tortilla for 20 seconds. Put egg whites, ham, cheese and salsa all into tortilla and roll up.

Makes 1 serving. Quick and easy to make at work.
