Absolutely delicious and filling. If you skip the tortilla the filling and cheese is about 90 calories which is quite excellent to put on a salad. Thumbs up. I think we will make this weekly. Thanks!! - 6/5/10

  • Very Good
A little lacking in the flavor. Good taste though and easy to make. Might want to do something to add some flavor later on. - 6/22/10

Loved this one with whole wheat tortillas! Also used the bean mixture as filling for quesadillas. Kids (ages 9, 13, 15) and hubby all loved it too! - 6/22/10

I made this and skipped the tortilla and it was really delicious! The black bean mixture is perfect though I did add some cayenne seasoning, too. This would be great in so many dishes! - 5/26/10
