Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is a favorite, glad to see it featured so it reminds me to make it again, like tonight (thanksgiving eve) Just found a new cream cheese I like and it is 60 calories in two tabs. Called Arla cream cheese spread.
This was great, my friend and I loved it! It was a little to salty, not sure if it was an error on my part or if the recipe didn't need that extra touch of salt. Either way it's delicious :)
Terrific you'd never know it was low calorie
I made this with a variation. I use a Grilled Salmon Fillet and Made a topping with Grilled Onoin , Then Adding Tomato, Letting it Cool and the Adding Some Fat Free Cream Cheese and Spice. I Put this Topping on Top of the Salmon and Placed it under the Broiler untill just bubbly...Yum..Very Healthy
