Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Soy Sauce, 0.25 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Corn Starch, .25 cup *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp Granulated Sugar, .33 cup SunBird Sweet & Sour, 1 serving Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
1. Mix together cornstarch, 1/4cup water and woy sauce, add chicken.
2. Marinate 5 minutes, coating chicken with mixture. In large skillet or wok heat oil. remove chicken from marinade with slotted spoon and stir-fry until browned, remove from pan.
3. Stir fry vegetables, return chicken to pan.
4. Combine seasoning, sugar catsup and 1 1/2 cups water, blend well. Add to chicken mixture simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.
5. Add pineapple chunks and heat. Serve over rice
