** Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 7 serving (remove)Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz (remove)*Campbell's cheddar cheese soup (condensed soup), 1.25 cup (remove)**Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 1.75 cup (remove)*Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)*Black Pepper, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 425F. Boil the whole wheat pasta of your choice until it is au dente. Drain and return to pot. In a sauce pan, heat up 8oz of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze milk. Stir in a can of Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Soup. Stir until completely melted. Add in a bag of fat free cheddar cheese (1.75 cups). Whisk until it is mixed completely. Add in 1/4 tsp each of sea salt, ground black pepper, and nutmeg. Continue whisking. Pour the mixture over the noodles. Stir until well mixed. Pour the noodle mixture into an 8qt baking pan/casserole dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes to help solidfy the liquid and brown. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings. The kids will love it!
