Better Homes & Garden Peanut Butter Cookies

1/4 cup butter unsalted1/4 cup butter w/canola oil1/2 cup peanut Butter1 1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour3/4 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1/2 cup Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar 1 egg
1. Stir together flour, soda, and salt.
2. In food processor beat butter for 30 seconds.
3. Add peanut butter and sugars; beat till fluffy.
4. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
5. Fold wet ingredients into dry. (I did this by accident, but it worked out well)
6. Pull out scale and measure each ball at 18g. Will make 34.
Bake in a 375 degree oven (preheated) for 8 minutes.
