Barbecue Beef Cups

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (lean)1/2 c BBQ sauce1 tube refrigerator biscuits3/4 shredded cheddar
Directions
1. Brown meat and drain
2. Add BBQ and mix well
3. Place unbaked biscuits into muffin cups, pressing to cover bottom and sides of cup. Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups
4. Sprinkle with cheese
5. Bake @ 400 for 10-12 minutes
