Spicy Asian Chicken Stew

Ingredients
6 Skinless chicken drumsticks and 6 skinless thighs, one zucchini, one turnip, three carrots, one large onion, one medium red potato (skin on), one garlic glove and one cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of spicy vietnamese chili sauce.
Directions
Coat bottom of pan with a little bit of olive oil. Place onion, turnip, carrots and red potato on medium heat for 2 minutes, and add 2 cups of water. bring to a boil and add in chicken. Add another 1/2 cup of water and bring it to a boil. in a mixing bowl, mix in soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic powder and set aside. once chicken has cooked through, pour in soy sauce mixture and cook for another 20 minutes on low heat. add in the zucchinis last and then add the spicy chili sauce. you can add more soy sauce or less or depending on your taste.
