Caesar Salad

Ingredients
Vegetable Oil, garlic, parm. cheese, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, egg yolk, lemon juice, red wine vinegar
Directions
1/4 cup vegetable oil
add grated parm. cheese until thick
dice 3 cloves garlic (more is better)
add: egg yolk, two shakes tobasco sauce, two shakes worcestershire sauce, two caps each red wine vinegar and lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. mustard.
Mix, makes enough for one head of Romain lettuce
